Slaughtering a hermaphrodite goat for Qurbani
Question
Is it permissible to slaughter a hermaphrodite goat for Qurbani, or is it considered as a defect?
Answer
Qurbani of an animal that has signs of both male and female gender is not permitted. Similarly, an animal that doesn’t have the signs of a male nor a female, cannot be slaughtered for Qurbani.
