Daily Ma’moolaat
Question
How should one spend their day from morning to evening with regards to A’maal? What actions are necessary to add into one’s daily routine when it comes to Duaas, Dhikr etc.
Answer
Firstly, one should try to wake up for Tahajjud, perform few Rakaats of Salaah, and engage in Dua. Recite Yaaseen every morning and the Masnoon morning and evening Duas as well. (We advise reading from the Kitaab, “Daily Wazaaif” by Moulana Abdul Hamid Hafidhahullah.) Ensure that you perform 5 daily Salaah on time and engage in the recitation of some portion of the Quraan Majeed. Recite a minimum of 300 times Durood Shareef, 100 times Istighfaar, 100 times 1st Kalimah, and 100 times 3rd Kalimah. Recite the night Surahs viz. Surah Mulk, Surah Sajdah and Surah Waaqi’ah as well. Furthermore, try and recite Manzil on a daily basis for protection from calamities, Sihr (black magic) and Nazr (evil eye).
Also, if you have parents and/or a husband, then ensure you serve them and earn their Duas.
In conclusion, most importantly, refrain from sins and vice. One of the advices of Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam to Hadrat Abu Hurairah Radiallahu Anhu was:
“Abstain from Haraam, you will be the greatest worshipper”
