How to be punctual on one's ma'moolaat

What is the easiest method off being punctual your your ma'moolaat?
Answer
One should stipulate a time during the day to fulfil his ma'moolaat. Thereafter he should follow the programme with full determination and diligence.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
