What should be done if a fruit-bearing tree was for the income of the masjid and one ate of it?
Question
If a fruit-bearing tree was for the income of the masjid and one ate of it then what should be done?
Answer
One should give the value of the fruit eaten to the mutawalli (trustee) of the masjid.
