Neend ki ghunudgi ki haalat me talaaq

Mujhe pochna hai ke agar shohar nashy ki halat mai aur neend ki gunudgi mai apni biwi se larai karty hoy usko talaq de to kya talaq ho jygi jis mai do talaqain biwi ny suni pr aik nhi sun pai qu ke shohar neend ki gunudgi mai tha awaz clear nhi thi barai mehrbani rehnumai kijiy.
Answer
Agar neend ki ghunudgi ki haalat me talaaq kaha ho to uska i`tibaar nahi.
