Question
Is it permissible to sell a uct which claims unrealistic benefits e.g. If you rub this oil on your hands, you will get rich?
Answer
This is superstition. It is not at all permissible to entertain any type of superstition.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
