Ambiguous words of talaaq
Question
What is the definition of talaaq? Can a person judge a talaaq on me if I did not have the intention of giving a talaaq? In other words. Can another person decide what was in my thoughts and in my heart when I said something and judge it to be a talaaq, even though I had no such intention?
Answer
Words that are ambiguous are conditional to the intention. The intention will be explained by the one who had mentioned these words.
