Shirkat me zameen khareedna
Question
Ayk plot ki kimat 50 lakh he. Mene 30 lakh aur mere dost ne 20 lakh invest kiye he. Ab jab ham bechte he to jo bhi nafa hoga use hum kis tarah taqseem karenge?
Answer
Tum downo is plot ke maalik he choonke tum downo ne ayk saat khareed liya he. Aap ka hissa usme 60% owr uska hissa 40% he. Bechne ke ba'd jo nafa haasil hojae tum downo ke darmiyaan hoga owr issy hisaab se taqseem hoga.
