Shirkat se pehle hissah ko muta'ayyan karna
Question
Mera chota bhai used car purchase karke sell karta he toh usne mujhe invest karne ke liye kaha few lakh rupees (3-4 lakh) aur woh kehte he ke jo bhi profit mila woh share karlenge, kiya yeh jaaiz hoga?
Answer
Usme pehle se apna hissah muta`ayyan karle ke kis tarah nafa ko tasqeem karenge aadha aadha ya eik sulus aur do sulus wa ghayra.
