Husband making foolish comments

Last night my husband came to bed late, so I thought i'll spend some time with him. I asked him and he said no his "tired and his not going to take a bath and shit" or his "not going to take a ghusal and shit" due to it being late. Does such a comment affect his Imaan and our nikaah?

Q: I am not sure if the comment is 100% correct. He could have said "I am not going to take a bath and all that shit" or "I am not going to take a Ghusal and all that shit". Also mufti if a person says the statment above out loud because they trying to remember the correct statement does that affect there Imaan? And mufti my husband a lot of the times utters silly statements. And i am not sure if i should ask all the time about such statements or not.
