Biwi ku "tum dusri shaadi kr lo tum ko krna hai to kr sakti ho" kehna

Apni wife ko hum gusse me ye bhi bolte hai ki tm ko dusri shaadi kr lo tm ko krna hai to kar sakti ho lekin talaq ke neeyat se nahi bolte bas us ko darane ke neeyat se bolte hai to kya humari talaaq ho gayi yaa nahi?
Answer
Talaaq nahi hota. Albatta ayse alfaaz kehne se bachna chaahiye.
