Using the new £5 notes
Question
1. Is it permissible to use the new five pound notes as they contain animal ingredients?
2. When praying Salah by having the £5 notes in the pocket will the Salaah be valid?
Answer
1. Use the note without this ingredient.
2. If it has haraam najis ingredient the namaaz will not be valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
