New £5 UK note
Question
Thew new £5 UK note is made of plastic and contains animal fat. Can one pray salaah with this note in their pocket?
Answer
If it has haraam najis ingredient the namaaz will not be valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
Q:
1.If the najasat is less than the amount of a dirham what will be the علة of فساد?
2. If tabdeel mahiyat has taken place what is the illat?
A:
1. The najaasat can be in two ways. One is if it is less than a dirham in mass but it is spread out. When it is spread out in size it will be more than a dirham.
2. I feel that you should first establish whether tabdeel-e-mahiyyat has taken place or not.
