Giving the wife power to issue talaaq
Question
I was married in 2005. To date I have given two divorces to my wife. Now we are living together but my wife feels some insecurity that the third one can happen any time in anger. Now my question is whether I can surrender my divorce right to my wife by amendment in Nikaah Naama etc.
Answer
If you give her the right of issuing the talaaq, you will still be able to issue the talaaq.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
