Talaaq issued after the termination of the iddat
Question
After one talaaq when the iddah has finished and no ruju has taken place, later on another talaaq takes place after the iddah period and again later it happens for a third time. What is the state of this marraige?
Answer
The talaaq issued after the iddat had terminated is not valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
