Talaaq of a ma'too
Question
Please explain what the masla is in regards to the talaaq of a معتوه person with daleel.
Answer
If the ma'too issued the talaaq at the time when he was insane, then the talaaq will not be valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
