Ambiguous words of talaaq
Question
Meri wife apni maan k ghar thi or mujh se thora naraz bhe. es se pehle thori larai hoi thi or wife ne meri maan se kaha tha k mai es k sath ab nhi rehna chahti. phr mai ne wife ko phone per mana'nay ki koshish ki tu us ne attend nahi kia. phir mai ne usay emotional sms bhejnay shuru ker diye jis ka us ne koi reply nhi kia. mai ne sms ma likha k agar tum mere sath nahi rehna chahti to tmhari marzi alag honay k baad tum ye kaam ker lena woo kaam ker lena, apna ID card change kerwa len (matlab mere surname wala). kia es tarha ki future mai batain krnay se to talaq ni hoti.
Answer
Agar ye alfaaz talaaq dene ki niyyat se nahi bola to talaaq nahi hogi.
