Working as an insurance broker
Question
Is insurance broker living halaal in North America? Should Muslims go to that Profession?
Answer
Insurance is haraam as it contains the elements of gambling and interest in it. Working for such a company is impermissible as one will be involved in haraam. Hence, the income earned through such an occupation is haraam.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
