Delaying the Tawaaf-e-Ziyaarah till after the days of Qurbaani due to haidh or nifaas
Question
If a woman delayed the Tawaaf-e-Ziyaarah till after the days of qurbaani (i.e. the sunset of the 12th) due to haidh or nifaas, will damm become waajib upon her?
Answer
Damm will not become waajib upon her.

( فإن أخره عنها ) أي أيام النحر ولياليها منها ( كره ) تحريما ( ووجب دم ) لترك الواجب وهذا عند الإمكان فلو طهرت الحائض إن قدر أربعة أشواط ولم تفعل لزوم دم وإلا لا ( الدر المختار 2/518-519)
(وحيضها لا يمنع) نسكا (إلا الطواف) ولا شئ عليها بتأخيره إذا لم تطهر إلا بعد أيام النحر فلو طهرت فيها بقدر أكثر الطواف لزمها الدم بتأخيره لباب (الدر المختار 2/528)
