Question

Can your debt cancel out your good deeds?

Answer

If you are not concerned about the debts it is possible that because of this negligence your good deeds can be transferred to your creditor.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Ask Mufti Online

Fatawa SA is an independent, read-only index of fatawa already published by Mufti Online — Madrasah Ta'leemuddeen. It is not a fatwa service. For your own situation, ask the issuing Darul Ifta directly.
