Marrying a girl who was born out of wedlock
Question
What is the hukum of marrying a girl who don't have a father but has a mother? This girl is a result of her mothers bad actions, that means zina child.
Answer
The nikaah is valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
