Maintaining good relations with one's father
Question
My father is 74 and is remarrying after my mother's death. He didn't inform me about the marriage and cut all ties with me. Is it allowed in Islam to cut ties with one's son?
Answer
His second marriage is not wrong. However, you must make sure that you maintain a good relationship with him.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
