Is nikaah necessary for a person who does not fear committing sins?
Question
Suppose a person used to fear fornication once but he did not get married. Now he does not fear sins anymore and can control his desires. Is marriage still obligatory for him?
Answer
Precaution requires that if he has the means to get married then he should get married as he does not know at which time he will become a victim of his nafs and Shaitaan.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
