Controlling one's anger
Question
I have very bad anger problems. I struggle to control myself and I get angry very quickly and I can’t stay patient. I am 17 years old and I have made a mistake where I swore at my older uncle angrily. What is the best way do deal with this?
Answer
Don't ever say anything without carefully thinking of the consequences, short term as well as the long term.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
