Contacting the seller and offering him more
Question
I would like to know the ruling regarding a person who contacts the seller of a property knowing well that someone else is busy negotiating to buy the property. Is it permissible for the second person to approach the seller to offer him more to secure the deal?
Answer
If the seller is showing interest in the first person’s offer and is inclined towards selling the property to him, then it is not correct for the second person to approach the seller.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
