Contacting one's son who left the fold of Islam
Question
My son left the fold of Islam many years ago. We broke ties with him. Can I contact him now? Would I be sinful if I contact him since he is a murtad?
Answer
If you wish to try and invite him once more to Islam, then it is permissible for you to contact him.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
