Taking a second wife secretly
Question
Can a husband marry twice without the permission of his first wife because he does not have any children from his first wife?
Answer
The nikaah is valid, but we strongly discourage this on account of the numerous complications that come about due to secret nikaahs. If he needs to make a second nikaah then he should announce it fully.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
