Explaining to a non-Muslim that the Quraan is the Word of Allah

What is the best way to explain to a non-believer that the Quran is the words of Allah?

I suggest that you don't get involved in all these types of discussions. It is above your understanding and capacity. Refer him to some experienced aalim.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
