Explaining a situation of talaaq to one's wife
Question
I was discussing with my wife and sister about talaq and what are the conditions of divorce or which words initiate divorce etc. At the end I was talking about a case in which a husband says talaq talaq talaq to his wife as joke or randomly, will talaq be issued in this case?
Answer
This was just an explanation, it was not an issuing of the divorce.
