Halaalah me hambistari na ho aur talaaq ho jaye to aurat ko iddat guzarna hoga?

Agar halala main hambistri na ho or talaq ho jay to ourat pr iddat guzarna lazmi hy?
Answer
Agar khalwat se phehle shohar talaaq de de to iddat waajib nahi hogi aur chonke humbistary nahi howi, halaalah waaqi nahi hogi.
