Apni wiraasat ka hissah ko chorna
Question
Agr shadi k bad aurat apny hisay ke wirasat apni khushe sy na lena chahay to usky liay usky husband ke ijazat zaruri ha ya uske wirasat ha aur wo usky liay khud sy faisla ly skti ha k ly ya na ly wirasat?
Answer
Woh apna hissah ko pehle lele aur jisko wapis dena chaahti ho wapis de. Usme khaawind ki ijaazat ki dharoorat nahi.
