Share of second wife in inheritance
Question
I am in my 2nd marriage, i.e I have 2 wives currently. I have an Islamic will, so if I die tomorrow, what happens to my estate?
Answer
It will go to your heirs. If you are referring to having two wives presently then both the wives will share equally. If you have children then both the wives will share one-eighth of your entire estate.
