Spying for non-Muslims
Question
If someone is ordered to spy on the Muslims to help the disbelievers and he is threatened that if the doesn’t do it he or his family will be killed, will he be out of Islam if he complies?
Answer
We will not call him a kaafir, but really he has betrayed the Muslims and he has risked his imaan.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
