Husband taking more than the mahr after khula
Question
My husband wants me to take khula. My question is if I take khula will he take away all my gold ornaments which my parents gave and my dowry and furniture?
Answer
He is only supposed to take away the mahr which he gave.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
