Khula lene ka tareeqah
Question
Mera nikah Islami tarike se hoa tha ab me us se khula chahti hon plz mojhe btaen me Islami khula kese lon?
Answer
Agar miya biwi me kisee tarah nibah ne ho sake aur mard talaaq ne deta ho to aurat ke liye jaaiz he ke kuch maal dekar ya apna mahr de kar shohar se kehde ke itna maal le kar meri jaan chorde. Uske jawaab me shohar kahe me ne chordi to us se aurat par eik talaaq-e-baain par gayi.
