Nikaah me larki ki wali walid ke bajaye koi aur hona
Question
Agar larki k nikah me uska wali uske walid ki bajae koi aur ho tou nikah ho jata hae kia? (Walid hayat ho aur nikah court marriage ho).
Answer
Agar unke walid ki khushi ke saath ho to koi baat nahi.

Q: Walid ki khushi shamil nahi thy larki k parents ko nikah ka ilm nahi tha ese lye osk walid ki jaga wali koi aur bana kia es soorat me nikah ho jata? Kia ye nikah jaiz hae?
A: Agar larka aapke khaandaan ke baraabar tha uski haythiyyat aur maqaam ke itibaar se to nikah saheeh ho jayega.
