Istinja ke ba'd haatho ko dhona

Kya peshaab k baad mtlb (pakhana or peshaab) kharij hony k baad haathon ko dhona zaroori hota hai? Haath py peshaab or gandagi na lagi hui ho tb bhi zarori hota hai?
