Husband a wife living separate without any talaaq being issued
Question
I need to ask a question about a couple who have been separated for more than 6 months. We wanted to help them reconcile but we want to first make sure that their Nikah is still valid.
Answer
If they were just living separate but no talaaq was issued, then the nikaah still remains.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
