Marrying one's step brother's daughter
Question
I have a step brother from my father's second wife and he has a daughter same age as me. Am I allowed to marry her? Her mother (my step brother's wife) is my uncle's wife's sister.
Answer
If he is from your father then it will not be permissible, and if he is not from your father then it is permissible.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
