Marrying one's step-brother's daughter
Question
It is permissible to marry one's step-brother's daughter?
Answer
If through step brother you refer to both of you sharing the same father but different mothers or both of you sharing the same mother but different fathers , then it is not permissible for you to marry his daughter as she is your niece.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
