Ek bande ki total jaidad 21 lakh rupe ki he lekin woh aur us ki biwi foat ho chuke he. Ab 3 bete aur 2 betiya zinda he to kis ke hisse me kitni rupe aaenge?
Answer
Agar mayyit ke 3 bethe aur 2 bethiya ke alawa koi aur shar`ee waaris na ho to uska meeraath ko 8 baraabar hisse me taqseem kya jaayega. Har betha ko do hisse milega aur har bethi ko eik hissah milegi.
