Khalwat-e-saheehah kiya he?
Question
Khalwat-e-saheeha kiya he? Haiz ki haalat me khalwat-e-saheehah ho sakta he ke nahi? Shari rukaawat me haiz aa sakta he ke nahi, matlab agar biwi haiz ki haalat me ho to humbastri nahi kar sakte, bosa wagaira kiya, galay bhi lagai.
Answer
Agar downo khalwat me bhethe us qadar waqt ke liye ke humbistari hosakti thi aur waha koi maani nahi tha humbistari se (maani jeysa haidh, ya koi kamre me mowjood tha), to us ku khalwat-e-saheehah kehlaati he. Agar downo khalwat me bhethe lekin biwi haidh ki haalat me thi, to khalwat-e-saheeha nahi huwi.
