Inserting medication into the vagina with a tube
Question
Due to medical reasons, the doctor has prescribed a cream that needs to be inserted into the vagina with a tube. Does ghusal become compulsory?
Answer
Ghusl does not become fardh.

( و ) لا عند ( إدخال أصبع ونحوه ) كذكر غير آدمي وذكر خنثى وميت وصبي لا يشتهي وما يصنع من نحو خشب ( في الدبر أو القبل ) على المختار
قوله ( على المختار ) قال في التجنيس رجل أدخل أصبعه في دبره وهو صائم اختلف في وجوب الغسل والقضاء والمختار أنه لا يجب الغسل ولا القضاء لأن الأصبع ليس آلة للجماع فصار بمنزلة الخشبة ذكره في الصوم وقيد بالدبر لأن المختار وجوب الغسل في القبل إذا قصدت الاستمتاع لأن الشهوة فيهن غالبة فيقام السبب مقام المسبب دون الدبر لعدمها نوح أفندي .
