Building a wall around a grave to prevent drain water from gathering around it
Question
During the rainy season, water and water from the drain gets collected by the side of my father's grave. Is it right to build a small wall around the grave to prevent the grave from getting contaminated with the water?
Answer
If the grave is on your private land then you may erect a wall for this purpose. If it is a waqf property then you may think of another way to drain out the water.
