Man gesturing to a woman in iddat that he is interested in marrying her after her iddat

Can a man gesture to a woman in iddat of talaaq that he is interested in her after her iddat?
Answer
Yes. However, it is safer to make these gestures not directly to her but through someone else.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
