Living in a property gifted by an apostate
Question
Is it permissible to accept, keep and live in a property gifted from an apostate?
Answer
No. We will not say that it is haraam, but apostasy is the most heinous crime that one can think about. Just imagine someone has murdered your father and wishes to give you a gift.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
