Questions on intimate relations between husband and wife

If a women gets aroused while sitting with her husband and the vaginal area gets wet,but no intercourse takes place; does ghusl become fardh on the lady?
If the husband fondles his wife's clitoris and she does not orgasm but the area does become wet, is ghusl fardh?
Can the husband and wife masturbate each other?
Is oral sex allowed in Islam, if none of the najaasat is swallowed?
Is it permissable for a couple to use vibrators and other sex toys?

Through being aroused if semen came out, ghusal will be compulsory.
