Being intimate with one's wife

I wanted to ask you two questions about the intercourse between husband and wife.
Can husband and wife have intercourse in light?
Can husband and wife have intercourse in such a position that husband is under his wife. I was told me that in intercourse wife should always be under male and this is the only shar'ee method or intercourse.
