Nikaah & Marriage IssuesThose women with whom nikaah is not permissible

Question

I have fallen in love and I'm in a relationship with a transgender woman. I haven't been more confortable and happy ever before. Can I marry her?

Answer

This is a major haraam. And if you wish to live in la`nat and curse and you wish to sacrifice your aakhirat then you may take this step. Nobody stops you from going to Jahannum and destroying your hereafter. Further, don't count yourself among the Muslims, rather this is satanism or something else.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Fatawa SA is an independent, read-only index of fatawa already published by Mufti Online — Madrasah Ta'leemuddeen. It is not a fatwa service. For your own situation, ask the issuing Darul Ifta directly.
