Slaughtering an animal that has both male and female private organs for qurbaani
Question
Is it permissible for me to slaughter a goat, that was born with both, male and female organs? I had purchased the goat only knowing it had a male parts. Is it permissible to partake from the animal?
Answer
The fuqahaa have stated that it is not permissible for one to slaughter an animal that has both male and female organs for qurbaani.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
